Helios doesn't accept the incoming call

1. Check if the CLIP function is OFF for telephone line, where is 2N Helios connected
2.Check if 2N Helios is single connected on telephone line (no parallel interconnection).
3. Check the telephone line voltage (minimum must be 20V).

Helios doesn't hang up automatically

1. Make sure, the busy tone from the PBX is the standard PSTN busy tone
2. Check the setting of the Helios (parameter 945, see the manual, chapter 9)
3. Record the busy tone (wav, mp3, aiff, wmv, arm) and contact your local 2N distributor
